Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules that apply to the services provided by Goship Express, which specializes in air freight and cargo transport. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms govern the relationship between Goship Express and its customers regarding the provision of goods transport services, including air freight, customs management, logistics and any other related service.
Goship Express undertakes to transport goods in accordance with the agreements made with the customer and within the agreed time frames, subject to weather conditions, legal provisions and exceptional situations.
Article 2: Prices
The prices of our transport services are determined according to the following factors:
Type of service chosen (express, standard, bulky freight, etc.)
Weight, dimensions and nature of the goods
Distance and destination
Additional services (insurance, tracking, customs management, etc.)
Prices are expressed in [local currency] and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Goship Express reserves the right to change its rates if external costs vary (fuel charges, customs duties, currency fluctuations), with prior notice to the customer.
Article 3: Discounts and special offers
Discounts may be granted on certain services or for large volumes, under the conditions set at the time of the request. These discounts are set case by case, depending on the business relationship and shipping volumes.
Promotional offers are subject to specific conditions and are valid only during the specified period.
Article 4: Payment methods
Payment for Goship Express services can be made by the following means:
Credit / debit card
Bank transfer
Secure electronic payment
Payment must be made no later than the due date specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made before the goods are shipped.
Article 5: Late payment
In the event of late payment, Goship Express reserves the right to:
Apply late-payment penalties equal to [percentage %] per month on the outstanding amount.
Suspend the provision of services until the amounts due are paid in full.
Reassess the customer's credit terms for future services.
If late payment continues beyond [number of days], Goship Express may take legal action to recover the amounts due, with any additional costs borne by the customer.
Article 6: Delivery terms
Delivery times are given for information only and are not contractual. Goship Express will do its utmost to meet the agreed time frames. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, air restrictions, etc.).
The customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information about the delivery address and to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the goods. If the recipient is absent or refuses delivery, additional fees may apply for storage or a new delivery attempt.
Article 7: Liability
Goship Express is responsible for the goods from the moment it takes charge of them until final delivery. In the event of damage, loss or delay, Goship Express's liability is limited to [maximum amount or applicable standard], unless the customer has taken out additional insurance.
Indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of opportunity) are not covered by our liability, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 8: Force majeure
Goship Express cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform its obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances or circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, riots, strikes, pandemics, government decisions or any other force majeure situation.
Article 9: Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms, Goship Express and the customer will endeavor to settle the disagreement amicably. If no solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the place where Goship Express has its registered office.
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Haiti.
By signing or accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read the rights and obligations set out above and agree to comply with them.
